This project began as a dream to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity for minority students. Bosses in Brims Inc. was founded in Laguna Beach, California, our organization was inspired by the belief that education is the key to unlocking potential. Seeing the barriers that often stand in the way of attending HBCUs, we knew we had to act.

What started as an idea is now a growing community of supporters and advocates. Through events like brunches, galas, and block parties, we’re creating pathways for students to succeed and thrive. Bosses in Brims Inc. is more than a nonprofit—it’s a mission to make dreams a reality, one student at a time. Join us in rewriting what’s possible.
